Ingredients:

Methods To Make:

Step 1:

・ Chop garlic and ginger.
・ Chop onions, zucchini and paprika (or peppers).
・ Chop the parsley.
・ Soft-
boiled egg ⇒ Put the egg in boiling water and turn off the heat and leave it for about 9 minutes.

Step 2:

Heat salad oil (1 tbsp; not included), garlic and ginger over medium heat in a frying pan, and add minced pork when it smells.

Step 3:

When the meat changes colour, add onion zucchini and peppers (or paprika).
