Eggplant and cucumber namul

Ingredients:

Eggplant
3 pieces (net 250g)
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Cucumber
3 bottles (net 330g)
A
salt
1/2 teaspoon
A
sugar
1 tsp
B
Soy sauce, chicken soup base, sesame seeds
2 teaspoons each
B
Garlic tube, vinegar, sugar
1 teaspoon each
B
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
B
Salt and pepper
a little
White sesame
as you like

Methods To Make:

Step 1:

Cut the eggplant into halves, cut it in half, and then cut it into 5 mm wide pieces.

Step 2:

Put eggplant in a heat-resistant bowl, entangle sesame oil all over, cover with plastic wrap, heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 6 minutes, and give to a colander.

Step 3:

Cut the calyx on both ends of the cucumber, tap it with a rolling pin or file to crack it, then split it by hand and put it in a plastic bag. A 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar

Knead, leave for 5 minutes, put in a colander and drain.

Step 4:

In a bowl B

2 teaspoons each of soy sauce/chicken soup base/ground sesame, 1 teaspoon each of garlic tube/vinegar / sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little salt/pepper

Mix, add 1 eggplant and 2 cucumbers and mix to finish.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds if you like.
