Honey pancakes

Ingredients:

egg
M size 1 piece
honey
30g
sweet sake
1 tbsp (16 g)
Soy milk
40-50ml (I used unadjusted soymilk.)
Rice flour for confectionery
100g
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (2g)
ice
as you like
honey
If you like (for decoration)

Methods To Make:

1 Melt the eggs in a bowl, add honey, mirin and soy milk and mix.
2 Add rice flour for confectionery and baking powder and mix well.
(If the dough is loose, add rice flour, and if it is hard, add soy milk little by little.)
3 Heat the frying pan over medium heat, place the dough on it with a spoon, bake for about 30 seconds on one side, cover it inside out, and heat it over low heat for about 1 minute until it is cooked and browned.
Four Serve on a plate, add ice cream if you like, and sprinkle with honey to complete.
