How to Make The Hamburger

Ingredients:

  • Egg ( 1 Piece).
  • 1 onion- diced.
  • Beef Mince Good-Quality ( 500g).
  • Vegetable Oil ( 1 teaspoon).
  • Burger Buns.
  • To serve all or any of the following: Chopped tomatoes, beets, Albert sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, a handful of curried salad, rocket, water race.

 

How To Make:

Step 1:

Take 500 grams of beef in a bowl 1 small slice dish with onion and 1 egg, mix them.

Step 2:

Divide the mixture into four parts. Carefully roll the mixture into balls the size of each cricket ball.

Step 3:

Place it in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze the bottom inside the belt, about 3 cm or slightly thicker. Make sure the burgers are thick enough to cook evenly.

Step 4:

Put it on a plate, and cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 5:

Heat the brazier over medium heat (about 30 to 30 minutes after burning, the red hot coals will have white ash on them). Lightly brush the sides of the burger with vegetable oil.

Step 6:

Place the oil-sided burger down in the barbecue. And cook it for about 5 min until meats are lightly browned.

Step 7:

Oil is used on the other side of the burger, then turn it over using tongs. Never put pressure on meat as it will drain the juice.

Step 8:

Cook for 5 minutes over low flame. If you like to turn your burger pink in the middle, cook both sides for 45 seconds. Cook for another 45 seconds more.

Step 9:

The burger is cut into 4 parts. Place the barbecue side on the cut side and fry for about 90 seconds until light brown. Put a burger in each bun and enjoy your beef burger.
