material                     (For 2-3 people)
cabbage                 1/4 ball (about 300g)
Carrots                   1/4 (length of about 5 cm, about 40 g)
Ham                        Three
salt                          2/3 teaspoon
lemon juice          2 tablespoons
Olive oil                 3 tbsp
sugar                      2 tsp
Black pepper         a little

How to make

■ Cut cabbage into thick strips, and peel carrots into strips vertically. Put them together in a bowl, knead with salt and leave for about 5 minutes.
■ Cut the ham in half and cut it into 5mm widths.

In another bowlA2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, a little black pepper and mix well.

Squeeze the water from (1) and put it in (2), add ham, and mix.
Look at the taste and add a little salt (outside the amount) to taste.
